Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, we offer custom design options so you can create gear that reflects your personal style and identity.

If you do you not have a logo that you currently use we can create an eye catching logo for you.

How do I place a custom order?

Choose your preferred hat style and upload the logo you would like embroidered—it’s that simple. Our minimum order is 12 pieces, all using the same hat style and design. For the most competitive pricing, we recommend ordering quantities of 24, 48, 96, 144, or more, which can provide significant cost savings.

Can I see a preview before production?

Every order includes a complimentary mockup for your approval prior to production. We also offer unlimited revisions at no additional cost.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Changes can be made within a limited time after placing the order. Once production starts, modifications may not be possible.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location, but most orders are delivered within a few business days. Our standard production time is approximately 10 business days to complete your order.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Are there any shipping charges?

All orders under $500 are subject to a $15.00 flat rate shipping fee, regardless of destination within the United States. Orders totaling $500 or more qualify for free shipping.

Custom orders are non-returnable. However, if an error occurs due to our mistake, we will replace the order at no additional cost.
